My real name is Shanequa, but the people closest to me have always called me Nequa. And somewhere along the way, that name became more than just a nickname… it became the version of me that feels the most aligned, the most confident, and the most free.

I’ve explored 49 states and 8 countries across 2 continents, and with every place I’ve been, I’ve learned something different about myself.

But every time, it reminded me that there is so much more to life than staying in one place — physically and mentally.
